Managing Senior Quantity Surveyor
Refurbishment (Internal and external refurbishment)

With a combined turnover of 350million, one of the regions Social Housing contractors is looking to appoint an experienced Managing Surveyor to run their largest contract.
The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

you’ll be leading a team of Quantity Surveyors on all aspects of the contract. Ideally you will have experience in leading a job in excess of 7Million with a team reporting into you. Or be managing a number of smaller contracts through to final account.
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will have:

BSc or HNC
MRICS Qualification would be a bonus but not essential
Extensive day to day commercial experience.
You will have previous experience of Managing people.
Experience in working with most forms of construction contracts.

The company is offering a rewarding salary package including a bonus company car and up to 20%.
