Due to continuous growth our client is looking for a bid manager to join their busy department. This is a senior role within the department.

You will be working for one of the top 5 contractors in the UK who have an excellent reputation for looking after their staff.They are involved with some of the country‘s complex and challenging projects in the following sectors including, Education, Custodial, and Health. This division of the business turns over in excess of £250million.

As a Bid Manager you will front up the Bid dealing with all the Client interface together with ensure all internal departments are working towards one common goal.

The Bid / Proposals Manager will support the delivery of corporate and operational plans. In addition you will also analyse prequalification and tender documents, making recommendations to line managers and manage and be involved in the production of tender submissions and check the finished document.

You will ensure that tender quality submissions and prequalification submissions meet the highest possible standards of quality in respect of technical input and presentation.

The Site Manager
The successful candidate will be a proven manager who will lead from the front and take the responsibility of being solely in charge of the site and the way it is organised. You will also play a vital role in the programming of works managing sub contract labour, client meetings and progress meetings with your senior management team.
