Our client is a leading contractor, based in the Midlands and specialise in interior office and commercial interior fit out contracts. Their project portfolio consists of a variety of blue chip clients and private clients and due to a selection of recently awarded contracts, predominantly down to repeat business and growing contracts even in these difficult times. They are now looking to recruit and additional experience Estimator to work as part of their existing team.
 

Initial Projects:

The successful candidate will be working on a number of office refurbishment contracts across the region, predominantly working out of their West Midlands office but managing contract on a nationwide basis.
 

Estimator Duties:

• Assisting in defining specifications through accurate and timely estimates to provide better production, cover costs and better suitability to the customer and the company. 
• Undertaking site visits in preparation of tenders when required. 
• Contributing to the management of key accounts and divisional business planning and budgeting. 
• Representing the company by dealing with Customers, Suppliers, Consultants and Stakeholders in a manner, which enhances the company’s reputation.

Estimator Package:

An attractive salary circa £38k + package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a car or car allowance, benefits, pension and a bonus scheme discretionary.
